1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or any services provided through Apollo Sniper, you acknowledge and agree that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
• Will comply with these TOS and all applicable laws and regulations;
• Understand and agree that your use of the Website and services is at your sole risk.

2. Changes to Terms

Apollo Sniper may revise these TOS at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.

3. Nature of Services

Apollo Sniper provides lead scraping and data aggregation services only.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Apollo Sniper does not provide outbound email services, email sending, inbox management, campaign execution, or deliverability services;
• We do not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, or campaign performance of any kind;
• Any use of leads for outbound campaigns is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Apollo Sniper’s sole obligation is to perform lead scraping and data delivery as described on the Website.

4. Lead Verification & Third-Party Processing

To improve data quality, Apollo Sniper may process leads through third-party verification tools, including but not limited to MillionVerifier.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Leads may be transmitted to third-party verification providers solely for validation and quality checks;
• Apollo Sniper does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance;
• Lead verification may result in a reduction (“drop-off”) between the number of leads ordered and the number of leads delivered.

This drop-off is normal, expected, and unavoidable due to invalid, risky, duplicate, or unverifiable records identified during the verification process.

5. Lead Quantity Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The number of leads received will almost always be lower than the number ordered due to verification, deduplication, compliance filtering, or data quality checks;
• Such reductions do not constitute a defect, failure, or breach of service;
• Apollo Sniper does not guarantee any minimum delivery percentage.

All purchases are based on processing effort, not guaranteed final output quantity.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Apollo Sniper is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard login information.

7. No Refunds / No Cancellations

All sales are final.

By purchasing any services, credits, or subscriptions, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable;
• There are no refunds for unused credits, unused services, partial usage, or dissatisfaction;
• There are no partial or prorated refunds under any circumstances;
• No refunds will be issued due to lead drop-off, verification results, deliverability outcomes, or campaign performance.

All purchases are prepaid and final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, systems, databases, and materials on the Website are the exclusive property of Apollo Sniper and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as-is” and “as available”;
• Apollo Sniper makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or results;
• Apollo Sniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the services.

10. Termination

Apollo Sniper may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these TOS.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

11. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States of America.

12. Severability

If any provision of these TOS is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These TOS, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apollo Sniper and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
